Anti-Discrimination Policy
Pathways In Education Schools do not discriminate against any person on the basis of gender, gender
identity, gender expression, race, color, religion, disability, and/or any other status protected by law,
including immigration status, in any of its policies, procedures, or practices in compliance with, but
not limited to, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title IX of the Education Amendment of
1972, section 505 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA0
of 1990, 34 CFR Section 104.4(b)(3), and the ADA Amendments Act of 2008.
