Distraction-Free Learning Policy

Distraction-Free Learning Policy

In accordance with Idaho Code § 33-132 and Senate Bill 1032, this school has adopted a Distraction-Free Learning Policy to support academic focus, healthy social development, and student well-being. All students are required to turn in their phones upon arrival at the center. Phones must be placed in the designated cell phone holder at their teacher’s desk and remain there for the duration of the student’s appointment time.

If a parent or guardian needs to reach their student during school hours, they may call the center directly.

Exceptions may be granted for medical purposes, safety plans, or other documented needs as outlined in a student’s IEP or 504 Plan.
